Another enjoyable mystery with a likable if overly trendy protagonist, and the glamor of the high-stakes art scene.

Genre: Mystery (Police Procedural, Art)
Synopsis: Rather melodramatic at times, with glamorous personalities, hints of Nazi loot and famous art heists, the plot moves along at a good pace, concentrating on the life and times of the victim. Well-portrayed, most suspects and witnesses feel like real people.
Cooper herself and the police crew form a likable set of investigators, and despite the protagonist coming off as a bit spoiled at times, still engage the reader's sympathy.
The ending is suitably tense and dramatic, forming a good conclusion to steadily accelerating pace of the investigation.
